PART A – REVIWO PLATFORM

Reviwo is an AI-powered review management platform designed to help businesses collect, analyze, manage, and respond to customer reviews from multiple third-party platforms via a centralized dashboard.

By using Reviwo, the User agrees to receive service-related communications, including operational notifications, product updates, insights, and, where applicable, marketing communications related to Reviwo’s services.

Please read these Special Terms and Conditions of Use, together with our General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy and Cookie Policy, carefully to understand how your personal data is processed.

The User may choose not to create an account; however, access to Reviwo’s features and services is only available to registered Users.

1 – Application of the Present Special Terms and Conditions of Use

1.1.
The Reviwo Platform (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Maiony LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.

1.2.
These Special Terms and Conditions of Use apply specifically to the use of the Reviwo Platform and prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Use in the event of any conflict.

1.3.
Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the General Terms and Conditions of Use.

1.4.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Reviwo Platform, the User expressly accepts these Special Terms and Conditions of Use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use, and the Privacy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).

If the User does not agree to the Terms, they must not access or use the Reviwo Platform.

2 – Access to the Platform

2.1.
Reviwo is a cloud-based platform accessible via a modern web browser. No software installation is required.

Access requires:

• A compatible and up-to-date web browser

• A working internet connection

• Valid login credentials

2.2.
Users must create a personal or business account to access the Platform’s features.

2.3.
Users represent that they have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Reviwo is intended for business use. Users under the age of 18 may not create an account.

2.4.
At account creation, Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including business and contact details.

2.5.
Login credentials are strictly personal. The User is solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity carried out under their account.

2.6.
Any access using the User’s credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by the User. Maiony shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.

3 – Reviwo Services

3.1.
Registered Users may access the following services via Reviwo:

• Aggregation of customer reviews from supported third-party platforms

• AI-powered sentiment analysis (positive, negative, neutral)

• Trend detection and recurring issue identification

• Review response management

• Performance analytics and reporting

3.2.
Supported review platforms may include, but are not limited to, Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Takeaway.com, and other third-party platforms.

3.3.
Reviwo does not create, modify, or generate customer reviews. Reviews displayed on the Platform originate from third-party sources.

3.4.
Users remain solely responsible for the content of their responses to customer reviews and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

4 – Use of the Platform

4.1.
The User undertakes to use Reviwo in good faith, solely for legitimate business purposes, and in compliance with:

• These Terms

• Applicable laws and regulations

• Third-party platform terms (including Google policies)

4.2.
The User shall not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt to access data beyond authorized scope

• Interfere with Platform functionality

• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform

• Use automated systems to generate fake reviews or responses

4.3.
Maiony reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of misuse, breach of Terms, or legal non-compliance.

4.4.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Maiony shall not be liable for interruptions or resulting damages.

5 – Protection of Personal Data

5.1.
Maiony processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy and Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5.2.
Personal data may be processed for:

• Account management

• Platform functionality

• Analytics and service improvement

• Compliance and security purposes

5.3.
Certain integrations (e.g. Google Business Profile) require explicit User authorization. Reviwo complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5.4.
Maiony does not sell personal data or use third-party data for advertising purposes.

6 – Termination

6.1.
These Terms apply for an indefinite duration.

6.2.
Maiony may suspend or terminate a User’s account at any time, without notice, in case of:

• Breach of the Terms

• Illegal or improper use

• Security or compliance risks

6.3.
The User may terminate their account at any time by contacting support or discontinuing use of the Platform.

6.4.
Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases immediately. Liability limitations and data protection obligations survive termination.
